1) Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, webviews, applications, and services operated by SRDP AGRO (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED under the brand “Akalpam” (collectively, the “Platform”). By visiting, registering, or purchasing on the Platform, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional policies referenced here. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2) Eligibility & Account

• You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement.
• You are responsible for safeguarding account credentials and for all activities under your account.

• We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these Terms or for suspected fraud/abuse.

3) Products & Content

• We sell Akalpam A2 Ghee and other agro-based products. Product images and descriptions are for reference; minor variations may occur.
• Nutrition, composition, shelf-life, and usage details are provided to the best of our knowledge and as received from suppliers or in-house testing.
• Information on the Platform does not replace professional advice. Always follow labels and storage guidelines.

4) Orders, Pricing & Payments

• Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or reject any order at our discretion.
• Prices, taxes, fees, discounts, and shipping charges are shown at checkout and may vary by location or time.
• Payments must be made via our approved payment gateways (e.g., RojerPay) or other methods displayed on the Platform.
• If a transaction is flagged for verification, your order may be delayed or cancelled and refunded.
• In case of listing/typographical errors (including pricing), we may cancel and refund the order.

5) Shipping & Delivery

• Estimated delivery timelines are indicated during checkout; actual times can vary due to logistics, weather, or other unforeseen issues.
• Ownership and risk in products pass to you upon delivery at the shipping address provided.
• Incorrect address/contact details may cause delays or failed deliveries; re-shipping charges may apply.

6) Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

• Orders are generally not cancellable once confirmed, except as permitted by our Refund/Return Policy.
• Report damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photos/videos and order ID.
• Perishable, opened, or partially used products may not be eligible for return due to safety and hygiene reasons.
• Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within applicable banking timelines.

7) User Obligations

• Use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms and applicable laws.
• Do not interfere with Platform security, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse coupons/offers.
• Do not post or transmit content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, infringing, or otherwise objectionable.

8) Prohibited Conduct

• Reverse-engineering, scraping, automated data extraction, or spamming.
• Fraudulent payment activity or chargeback abuse.
• Impersonation of any person or entity; misrepresentation of affiliation.

9) Intellectual Property

All Platform content, trademarks, logos (including “SRDP” and “Akalpam”), product imagery, text, graphics, and software are the property of SRDP AGRO (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any other use requires our prior written consent.

10) Third-Party Services

We may integrate third-party services (e.g., payment gateways, logistics). We are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or practices. Your use of such services is governed by the respective third-party terms and privacy policies.

11) Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

• The Platform and products are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount actually paid for that purchase.

12) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SRDP AGRO (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED, its directors, employees, and partners from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Platform.

13) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer laws, courts at Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction. You agree to first attempt to resolve disputes amicably by contacting us at the address below.

14) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective upon posting on this page with the “Last Updated” date revised. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
